Baliboho offers free shipping for all orders £100 and over. Orders are processed and shipped the next working day from our warehouse, located in Harrogate, United Kingdom. Please make sure to provide a full, clear address and contact number to avoid any delay.
For urgent deliveries, please contact us before making your purchase online.
Orders are expected to be delivered within 2 – 4 days. UK customs taxes and deferment fees are applicable and payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
Orders delivered within 3 – 4 days. Customs and taxes fees may be applicable and payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
Orders delivered within 5-6 days. Customs and taxes fees may be applicable and payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
We endeavor to use carriers who offer a wide geographic delivery area. Some remote areas may not be covered or may have less frequent deliveries, however we will always try to make sure you are fully advised of any delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your blankets and to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened product from your order less shipping fees. We kindly advise that refund requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. If you wish to return all or part of your order please email mail us at with the subject line “Order Return”. Please include your order number within your message including any images of the product. We will then advise you of the next steps.
Baliboho are only able to accept refunds, returns and exchanges on items purchased from www.baliboho.co.uk.
In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return.
